PDXi Mentorship and Coaching
Mentorship with PDXi is about genuine life-on-life discipleship and not simply a monthly meeting. Mentors will be selected by the elders of the Gathering Community Church and will be assigned to students with whom they will have regular ministry oversight. Thus, the primary context for mentorship will be shared mission. Mentors will be trained by the local certified PDXi faculty member(s) to use the mentorship tools and assessments provided by the Antioch School and will meet one-on-one with a student 1-2 times a month to review these assessment and life development tools.
